had a lovely romantic weekend. Mercure exceeded our expectations with the spacious and clean room, great shower, and friendly staff. The location was convenient to explore and plenty of affordable dining options nearby. Definitely surpassed our previous stay in Neu-Isenburg.

parking situation

The room had everything I needed, staff were amazingly helpful, hotel is next door to a major shopping centre & public transport, easy access to the airport, loved the low price for good quality. Overall good value for money. The breakfast was ok and free for the kids. Clean and comfortable room with working air conditioning. Staff was friendly and helped us with a toothbrush. Close to mall, bus stop, and taxi stand. Luggage storage, bar/ lounge area, fitness centre, flat-screen TV, electric kettle.

The staff were EXCELLENT all the time. 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop. Great base for city trip in Neu-Isenburg. We liked everything of our stay there.

Ease of access to the city of Frankfurt and surrounding areas.

Staff lacked knowledge of local area. Absence of in-house laundry facilities; you could get laundry done but at exhorbitant laundry contractor rates only!! We did find a good laundry within easy walk of the hotel but staff either did not know about it or, were unwilling to tell us about it.

We enjoyed that the hotel was centrally located and had easy access to public transportation that allowed us to visit the city easily. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities that made our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection was limited, and the quality of food was not very good. the room was a bit small and cramped for our liking.

We appreciated the cleanliness and range of hotel facilities, as well as the convenient transportation options. The location was ideal as it was near a major shopping centre and public transport, making it easy to explore this city.

Nothing it was perfect.

Room very clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast buffet. Good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near Frankfurt airport, with only a 9 km distance. It is also situated near a shopping mall and several nearby restaurants, making it an ideal location for travelers. Rooms are spacious, clean, with good Wi-Fi connection and equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel serves a tasty and varied breakfast.

The hotel may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to noise as it is situated in a lively area.

The Non-Smoking room was heavily smelling like cigarette smoke and tabaco fumes maybe due to seminar or conference, the room recieved the bad smell from the airconditioning and/or bathroom ventilation inlet/outlet. Looks to me like a bad design. Having irritant-induced asthma I regret this issue still causes problems. I could not open the windows for natural ventilation through the sound of traffic on the nearby road. With the windows closed the room started to smell badly through the continous intake of cigarette fumes due to other people's Cigarette Smoking habits. This was the first time I had this problem in this hotel and I have stayed here many, many times. Maybe they changed something in the ventilation system?

Nice Room and Great Location!

Stayed here during the New Year. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff was also friendly and helpful.

The service was not up to par and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The internet was very slow, making it difficult to get work done.

Problem with airconditioning while it was up to 34 degrees outside. Can happen, but it was indicated that this was already the case for more than a week. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this kind.

Very convenient location.

No coffee nor beverages in the room. Lot's of other Mercure hotels offer this service.
